摘要
目的 进一步评价胶体染料试纸条免疫诊断试剂盒 (DDIA)诊断血吸虫病的现场应用价值。 方法 在非传播季节 ,用 Kato- Katz3片法现场筛选粪阳病人 ,在吡喹酮治疗前及治疗后 2和 4个月分别用 DDIA,DGS- COPT和 SEA-EL ISA试剂盒做血检 ,Kata- Katz法做粪检 ;比较 3种试剂盒治前阳性检出率和治后阳性率的变化。 结果 治前DDIA、DGS- COPT和 SEA- EL ISA阳性率分别为 96 .6 9%、90 .0 8%和 98.36 % ,DDIA与 SEA- EL ISA比较差异无显著性 (χ2 =1.46 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ,与 DGS- COPT比较差异明显 (χ2 =4.2 8,P<0 .0 5 ) ;治愈后 2和 4个月 3种试剂盒阴转率均较低 ;30例健康人 DDIA均为阴性。 结论 DDIA诊断试剂盒具有较高的敏感性和特异性 ,方法快速、简便 。
Objective To evaluate the application value of the Dipstick Dye Immuno assay (DDIA) kit for detecting schistosomiasis in the field.\ Methods The sera from the patients who were positive schistosomiasis by Kato Katzs method during the seasonal period of non transmission, were tested with the kits of DDIA, DGS COPT and SEA ELISA before and at 2 and 4 months after cured with praziquantel. The positive rates of the three assays were compared. Results\ The positive rates of DDIA, DGS COPT and SEA ELISA methods were 96.69%, 90.08% and 98.36% respectively and there was no significant differences between DDIA and SEA ELISA kits, however a significant difference was found between DDIA and DGS COPT kits. No false positive was found in 30 normal individuals. The turn negative rates of the three kit at either 2 or 4 months after cured were lower.\ Conclusion\ The DDIA kit has a high sensitivity and good specificity for detecting patients infected with Schistosoma japonicum and the assay is fast and easy to use. It is available for application in the endemic field.
