摘要
目的 探讨脑囊虫病所致后遗症的疗法。 方法 采用低能量 He- Ne激光血管内照射疗法 (IL IB)对脑囊虫病后遗症者进行治疗。 结果 多数病人症状得到明显改善 ,其中头痛、头晕临床治愈率分别为 17.2 4%和 6 4.71% ;头痛、头晕和记忆力减退总有效率达 10 0 % ;在癫痫发作控制方面 ,总有效率 (包括显效和有效 )达 76 .19% ;IL IB治疗后81.82 %的病人脑电图及脑电地形图出现明显改善。 结论 IL
Objective To explore the method of treating the sequelae caused by neurocysticercosis. Methods Intravascular laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) was applied to treat the sequelae. Rresults The cure rates of headache and dizziness were 17.24% and 64.71% respectively after 2-4 courses of ILIB treatment. In all patients having headache, dizziness, and memory deterioration, the total effective rate was 100%. In the control of epilepsy attack, the total effective rate was 76.19%. EEG and BEAM of 81.82%(18/22) patients had obvious improvement after treatment with ILIB. Conclusion ILIB therapy had obvious therapeutic effect in the treating of sequelae of neurocysticercosis after thorough anti cysticercus.
