摘要
观察了ＩＬＩＢ对１２例高原肺水肿患者血流变的影响。结果表明：ＩＬＩＢ 使高原肺水肿患者的血流变指标明显降低，治疗前后差异明显（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．００１）。认为与增加红细胞变形能力、减弱红细胞聚集性、降低全血粘度和改善低氧 下的肺功能有关。
To study the effect of ILIB on hemorheology from 12 patients with HAPE. The re- sults showed that hemorheological indexes of HAPE were signifcantly decreased after treatment (P <0. 05 or P<0. 01). We considered that ILIB could be related with increasing RBC deformability, decreasing whole blood viscosity and improving lung function.
