摘要
柑桔样品中双甲脒及代谢物在酸性条件下回流水解成２，４－二甲基苯胺，正己烷提取，酸、碱反复液－液分配净化，七氟丁酸酐将２，４－二甲基苯胺衍生成２，４－二甲苯七氟丁酰胺，用配有电子俘获检测器的气相色谱仪测定，外标法定量。
Residues of amitraz and its major metabolites in or-anges are converted by hydrolysis to 2.4-dimethylsniline,which is extracted with n-hexane.The 2,4-dimethylaniline isfurther cleaned up by aqueous partitioning and derivatizedwith heptafluorobutyric anhydride.The heptafuorobutyr-ylamide derivative of 2,4-dimethylaniline is deternmined byelectron capture GC,using external standard method.
