摘要
建立了啶酰菌胺在草莓和土壤中的残留分析方法,样品经丙酮提取,二氯甲烷液-液分配,固相萃取小柱净化后,进行高效液相色谱分析。仪器最小检出量为0.1ng,在草莓和土壤中的最低检出质量分数均为0.02mg/kg。在草莓中的平均添加回收率为92.3%~94.4%,变异系数为2.64~4.82;在土壤中的平均添加回收率为89.0%~94.3%,变异系数为3.72~5.43。
A method for analysis of boscalid residues was developed, which used acetone to extract boscalid in the strawberry and soil, followed by liquid -liquid partition with methylene chloride, and purified with SPE, utilizing HPLC to quantify the extract. The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.1 ng, while the quantification limit(LOQ) was 0.02 mg/kg. The average recoveries and coefficient of variations of the method were 92.3-94.4%, 2.64-4.82 for strawberry samples, and 89.0-94.3%, 3.72-5.43 for soil sample, respectively.
