摘要
目的 :探讨无血管并发症的糖尿病 (DM)和糖尿病肾病 (DN)的降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、内皮素 (ET)水平及其临床意义。方法 :对照组 43人 ,DM组 45例 ,DN组 40例 ,测定血浆 CGRP、 ET及血压。结果 :DM组的 CGRP比对照组、 DN组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。 DN组的 ET比对照组、 DM组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1)。三组的血压 :DN组最高 ,DM组次之 ,对照组最低。对照组、 DM组的 CGRP与 ET正相关 ,DN组的 CGRP与 ET无显著相关。结论 :CGRP对血压的影响 ,在无血管并发症的 DM大于 DN。
Objective:To study level and clinical significance of plasma calcitonin gene related peptides (CGRP) and endothelin(ET) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) without blood vessel complication and in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The plasma concentrations of CGRP,ET and blood pressure were measured in control group (43 subjects),DM group (45 cases) and DN group (40 cases).Results:CGRP of DM group showed significant elevation as compared with that of control group and DN group (P<0.01,P<0.05). ET of DN group showed significant elevation as compared with that of control group and DM group (P<0.01,P<0.01).Blood pressure of three group:DN group was higher,DM group was second,control group was lower.CGRP and ET were positively correlated in control group and DM group.CGRP and ET revealed no significant correlation in DN group.Conclusion:Blood pressure is influenced by the CGRP,in DM without blood vessel complication bigger than DN.=
