摘要
观察不同季节 2 31例开颅患者手术前 1～ 3天、手术后 1～ 7天舌象、脉象变化 ,探讨湿热与季节及手术本身的关系。结果 :手术后患者机体湿热化明显 ,有一定季节特点。舌象、脉象表现为湿热的比例超过 6 0 % ,与症状频次变化一致 ,为湿热是术后发热主要病机提供了依据。
The tongue picture and pulse were observed in 231 patients with craniotomy 3 days before and 7 days after the operation in different seasons.The relations between dampness heat,seasons and operation were explored.The results indicated that the dampness heat became serious after the operation and had different features in different seasons.The tongue picture and pulse manifested dampness heat were over 60%,which are correspondent to the change of symptom change.It demonstrated dampness heat was the main pathogenisis of the fever after the operation.
