摘要
肿瘤患者脏腑气血失和、阴阳失调,脉象错综复杂,其体内邪正盛衰及气血阴阳变化可通过脉象表现出来,故临证时当重视脉诊,同时做到四诊合参,这样才能准确把握疾病病机,指导方证与治疗。
Tumor patients have the character of Qi and blood disorder,imbalance of Yin and Yang and complex pulse condition. Its evil is ups and downs in the body and blood by pulse condition. So clinical diagnosis should think highly of pulse combined with comprehen-sive analysis by the four examination methods to accurately grasp the disease pathogenesis and guide the syndrome and treatment.
