摘要
采用牛Ⅱ型胶原作大鼠背部皮内注射诱发胶原性关节炎 (Collagen inducedArthritis,CIA) ,作为类风湿性关节炎的大鼠模型 ,观察了在“足三里”穴进行经皮电刺激对模型大鼠关节炎发病率、起病时间、关节炎指数、抗Ⅱ型胶原 (CⅡ )抗体水平及骨与关节破坏等的影响。结果表明 ,经穴经皮电刺激治疗 ,能明显推迟胶原免疫大鼠关节炎的发生 ,在治疗初、中期 ,能明显控制造模大鼠的肢体累及率和关节炎病变程度 ,但不能显著降低血清抗CⅡ抗体水平。此外 ,该疗法尚能有效地防止发病大鼠足爪骨与关节的破坏。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of transcutanous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) on experimental arthritis in the rat. Methods: Bovine type Ⅱ collagen was intradermally injected into the back of anesthetized rats (with intraperitoneal administration of pentobarbital sodium 30 mg/kg) to induce arthritis,the animal model of rheumatoid arthritis. Bilateral “Zusanli”(ST 36) were stimulated with HANS Therapeutic Apparatus by setting the stimulating parameters being frequency 2 Hz, continuous waves, electric current strength 5 mA and stimulating duration of 30 min. The treatment was given once every other day 10 times altogether. The incidence, arthritic index and serum anti collagen antibody level of collagen and radiological changes of joints were examined. Anti CⅡ antibody levels were determined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The results showed that treatment with TENS at “Zusanli” remarkably delayed the onset of arthritis, and significantly relieved the conditions of the diseased limbs and arthritic index in the early and middle stages. But TENS failed to decrease the anti CⅡ antibody levels of immunized rats. Meanwhile, the bone erosion and joint destruction were effectively prevented by TENS treatment.Conclusion: TENS therapy has a better therapeutic effect in relieving the state of experimental arthritis.
