人乳头状瘤病毒基因组结构及其功能研究进展

摘要
前言自70年代末以来,不断增加的的流行病学病理学和分子生物学证据表明,人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)与宫颈癌的的关系非常密切,HPV很可能在官颈癌的病因学上起了重要作用。其表现为:宫颈早期间变(dysplasia)与HPV感染引起的病变在组织学和阴道镜下的形态表现非常相似;
