摘要
发展旱作节水农业是促进我国国民经济持续稳定发展的战略选择。着重分析了安康地区浅山丘陵土壤、气候和耕作种植之间的利弊 ,提出兴水、改土和运用科技发展旱作节水农业的目标。
Developing dryland farming and water saving is the best choice to advance the sustainable and stable development of our national economy.On the basis of analysing the soil of shallow hill in Ankang region,the climate and cultivation,the ways to develop dryland farming and water saving are put forward,such as building water conservancy projects,amelioration of soil etc.
