摘要
通过对安徽省 5 0年水利建设、防汛抗旱的实际和水文气象、水旱灾害资料记载的分析 ,阐述了水旱灾害的特征、形成水旱灾害的自然和社会因素 。
In accordance with the practice of water conservancy construction and control flood fight against drought,with the analysis on historic data of hydrology,meteorology and drought flood disasters in 50 years in Anhui Province.The author expounds characteristics of drought flood disasters,factor of nature and social,and puts forward countermeasure of synthetic prevention and control.
