摘要
本文提出了一种运用微波辐照再生吸附有甲苯废气活性炭的新再生方法。通过正交试验 ,探讨了活性炭在微波辐照条件下脱附率与活性炭量、微波功率、载气线速度及再生时间等因素的关系 ;得出了再生的优化条件 ;测定了解吸速率曲线 ;对影响活性炭损耗的各因素进行了分析 ;并对再生后甲苯的冷凝回收法进行了探索。
This paper presents a new method of regenerating activated carbon with toluene by microwave radiation.By orthogonal experiment,the connections between ratio of deadsorption and influencing factors:quantity activated carbon,power of microwave,surface speed of carrier gas and regeneration time are staudied.Optimized conditions of regeneration are summarized.Velocity curve of regeneration is determined.Factors,which affect Activated carbon ullage,are analyzed.Recovering process of toluene is researched also.
