摘要
本文在查阅大量文献的基础上 ,主要介绍 2 氨基 6 氯嘌呤的合成方法及其在医药领域的应用情况。 2 氨基 6 氯嘌呤是一种重要的医药中间体 ,主要用于合成抗病毒、抗癌、消炎和降血压药物。 2 氨基 6 氯嘌呤的合成方法主要包括 :鸟嘌呤氯气喷雾法 ;鸟嘌呤直接氯化法 ;鸟嘌呤先经氨基保护再氯化法 ;嘧啶衍生物先氯化再环合法等。其中后两种方法工艺简单、操作条件温和且产物收率高 ,是较合理的合成路线。
This paper reviewed the synthetic methods and applications in the pharmaceutical field of 2 amino 6 chloropurine basing on many recent document.2 Amino 6 chloropurine is an important pharmaceutical intermediate for production of the compound useful as an antiviral, anticancer, anti inflammatory and hypotensor drugs. The synthetic methods of 2 amino 6 chloropurine comprises guanine reacting by chlorine sparging, guanine reacting directly with chlorinating agent, guanine protecting by acyl group and then reacting with chlorinating agent, derivative of pyrimidine reacting with chlorinating agent thereafter ring closing etc. The last two methods were sensible for there simple industrial art, moderate operating condition and high yield.
