摘要
在微波辐射下以对甲苯磺酸(p-TsOH)为催化剂,鸟嘌呤和乙酐为原料合成了药物中间体N^2,9-二乙酰基鸟嘌呤(Ⅲ),产率为91.5%且后处理简便。产物经~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、IR和元素分析进行了表征。最佳合成条件是:n(乙酐):n(鸟嘌呤):n(p-TsOH)=15:1:0.1,微波辐射功率500 W,辐射时间10 min。
Under microwave irradiation, the important pharmaceutical intermediate, N^2,9-Diacetyl guanine was synthesized from guanine and acetic anhydride using p toluenesulfonic acid (p-TsOH) as catalyst with the yield of 91.5%. The structure of the product was characteristed by ^1H NMR、^13C NMR,IR and elementary analysis. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: n (acetic anhydride)/n(guanine)/n(p-TsOH) =15/1/0.1, the microwave power 500 W and reaction time 10 min.
