摘要
以等量的四乙氧基硅烷与四甲基氢氧化铵在水溶液中反应能够选择性地形成笼形结构的八聚(四甲基铵 )硅酸盐 ,将它用五甲基氯二硅烷进行硅烷化处理 ,合成出了笼形八聚 (五甲基二硅氧 )倍半硅氧烷 ,并用核磁共振1H、13 C、2 9SiNMR ,红外光谱FT -IR 。
s: A cage-like silicate octamer could be selectively prepared by the reaction of tetraethoxysilane with aqueous tetramethylammonium hydroxide in equal molar ratio. The silicate octamer was silanized by chloropentamethyldisilane to give cage-like octa(pentamethyldisiloxy)silsesquioxane. The synthesized compound was characterized by 1H, 13 C, 29 Si NMR, FT-IR and GPC and its structure was certified.
