甲壳低聚糖对小鼠肠道正常菌群的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的 观察甲壳低聚糖对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。方法 取昆明种小鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为观察组和对照组 ,分别用甲壳低聚糖 6 0 0mg/ (kg·d)和等体积的生理盐水灌胃 ,连续 7d ,而后检测两组肠道菌群的变化。结果 观察组双歧杆菌数量比对照组明显增多 (P <0 .0 5) ,乳杆菌数量在两组间无明显差异 ,观察组大肠杆菌、肠球菌数量较对照组有减少趋势。结论甲壳低聚糖具有调节小鼠肠道菌群及促进双歧杆菌增殖功能。 Objective: To investigate the effect of oligo-chitosan on normal intestinal flora in mice. Methods: Twenty mice were divided randomly into an observed group and a control group. The mice in the observed group were administered (ig) oligo-chitosan at a dose of 600 mg/(kg·d) for seven days. The control group were received the same volume of normal saline for seven days. After seven days the levels of intestinal flora were measured. Results: The amount of Bifidobacteria in the observed group obviously increased as compared with that in the control group ( P< 0.05 ), but the number of Lactobacillus had no significant change. Conclusion: It was indicated that oligo-chitosan could adjust the intestinal flora and could stimulate the proliferation of Bifidobacterium in mice efficiently.
