摘要
目的 :研究舒络油的抗炎镇痛作用 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀法及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法观察药物的抗炎作用 ,用扭体法和热板法等进行镇痛实验。结果 :舒络油对鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用 ,并有一定程度的镇痛作用。结论
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Shuluo oil. Methods: The models of the swelling of mouse ear, and rat carrageenin paw edema were used to study the anti-inflammatory effect. Methods of mouse twist and hot plate were used to study the analgesic action of Shuluo oil. Results: Shuluo oil had markedly suppressing effect on swelling of mouse ear and footpad in rat, and had analgesic action to certain extent. Conclusion: The results show that Shuluo oil has a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice and rat.
