摘要
目的 :观察烧烫灵对动物实验性烫伤创面愈合与抗炎、镇痛的作用。方法 :分别对小鼠与家兔造成 度烫伤模型 ,用皮肤给药对巴豆油诱发小鼠耳廓炎症的影响及对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响进行研究 ,并用热板法与扭体法观察小鼠的镇痛作用。结果 :烧烫灵外涂对小鼠与家兔 度烫伤创面愈合有显著的促进作用 ,能明显减轻巴豆油引发的小鼠耳片肿胀 ,对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性有抑制作用。扭体和热板镇痛实验提示具有较好的镇痛作用。结论 :烧烫灵具有较好的抗炎与镇痛作用 ,并对小鼠与家兔实验性烫伤创面愈合有显著的促进作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shaotangling on experimental scalded wound healing and analgesia in animals.Methods:The model of the deep second degree scalded wounds was established in mice and rabbits respectively, to valuate the effect of Shaotangling on mice ear swelled by the croton oil and the increase of celiac vascular permeability.Analgesic effect in mice is observed in hot plate and writhing test.Results:When it was used to skin on mice and rabbits, Shaotangling could increase significantly scalded wound healing, could obviously inhibit ear swelling and the increasing of celiac vascular permeability.It also shows quite good analgesic effect.Conclusion:Shaotangling has good effects of analgesia and anti-inflammmation,and can significantly improve experimental scalded wound healing in mice and rabbits.
