摘要
目的 :进一步了解当归多糖的药用价值。方法 :本实验将小鼠分为正常对照组、照射对照组、当归多糖治疗组 ,检测三组的红细胞 C3b受体花环率和外周血象。结果 :照射对照组红细胞 C3b受体花环率和外周血白细胞、血小板数明显低于正常对照组 ,而当归多糖治疗组的红细胞 C3b受体花环率和外周血白细胞、血小板数显著高于照射对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,有统计学意义。结论
Objective:It is to study the value of angelica polysaccharide (AP). Methods: The mice were divided into three groups: the normal group, the radiated control group, the treatment group of AP. RBC C3bR rosette rate and blood rountine of the three groups were examined. Results: C3bR rosette rate WBC, and Plt of the radiated control group were obviously lower than that of the normal group. C3bR rosette rate WBC, and Plt of the treatment group of AP were obviously higher than those of the radiated control group. Conclusion: AP can promote the RBC immune function and hematopoisis.\;
