摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病肠病患者的血液流变性变化及临床意义。方法 :分别对糖尿肠病组 (DE)、糖尿病组 (DM )、健康人组 (NS)进行了低切变率下全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血沉、纤维蛋白原、甘油三酯及糖化血红蛋白指数的检测。结果 :糖尿病肠病组的以上各项指标均显著增高 ,且全血粘度与纤维蛋白原、糖化血红蛋白 (HBA1C)呈显著正相关 ,与血清白蛋白呈负相关。结论 :糖尿病肠病患者存在高粘血症并有高血小板聚集及微血管病变 ,因而采用抗凝活血化瘀治疗 ,对糖尿病肠病患者具有积极意义。
Objective: To discuss the changes of hemorheological property in diabetic enteropathy(DE) patients and it′s clinical application.Method: According to inspecting the whole blood low specific viscosity,the index of aggregation of RBC,ESR,fibrinogen,TG and HBA_ 1c on DE,DM and NS.Results: The all indexes of DE increase more than the others.The whole blood low specific viscosity has the positive relation to the indexes of fibrinogen and HBA_ 1c,the negative relation to one of serum albumin.Conclusion: The DE patients have hyper viscosity,platelet aggregation and microangiopathy.It is good significant to use anticoagulant and anticlogging agent to cure diabetic enteropathy patients.
