中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的进展 被引量：2

摘要 糖尿病性胃轻瘫（DGP）主要表现为恶心、呕吐、早饱、上腹饱胀等[1]临床起病大多隐袭,呈渐进性,早期不易发觉,常数年后才出现临床症状,但也有在一定诱因下临床症状突然出现而且严重者。国内多以饭后早饱感、胃胀,以及恶心、呕吐、纳食减少甚或厌食、不知饥饿,或伴胃痛、上腹烧灼感等为常见症状。由于长期营养不良,可导致体重减轻、消瘦甚至恶病质。
