This paper lain stress on the experiment project card which has acted in laboratory administration and experiment teaching. Application of the card will benefit enhancing the plan of the experiment teaching and raising the experiment teaching quality. It helps to distribute the laboratory capital reasonablely, to show the laboratory building investment fully and to train the creative talent for the 21th century.
