自从Colvard等首次观察到折迭纵声学声子模以来[1],对超晶格中声学声子的研究引起了许多研究者的兴趣[2][3]。最近,Sapriel等在研究二组分超晶格声子的性质时引入了传输矩阵技术[2]。
The dispersion relation of LA Phonons in infinitive N constituents superlattices have been calculated in this paper.
