摘要
共轭亚油酸是天然存在于食品中的亚油酸异构体,具有抗癌、抗氧化、降低血清胆固醇、抑制脂肪积累、促进生长、刺激免疫等作用，是一种新的保键功能脂质。本文对其生理功能、来源等研究情况进行论述。
Conjugated linoletic acids were naturally occured isomers of linoleic acid, which were new functional lipids possessing many physiological benefits including anticarcinogenesis, antioxidant, inhibition of body fat accumulation, growth and immune stimulation. Their physiological effects, resource and preparation were reviewed.
