摘要
以酸性化学镀镍反应机理为依据 ,就化学镍液中稳定剂、络合剂、硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠、p H调节剂、装载量、温度、施过程中的操作方法等影响化学镀镍液稳定性的因素及相应的处理措施进行了论述。
Based on the mechanism of acidic electroless nickel reaction using hypophosphite as reducing reagent.The influence of temperature,pH value,buffer,complex reagent,stabilizer,nickel sulphate etc.on the stability and the methods to deal with it was studied.
