摘要
遗传工程作为常规育种的补充越来越显示出其重要性。禾谷类作物的体细胞和基因转移技术近年来发展十分迅速并取得了一系列突破。本文概述了禾谷作物细胞胚胎发生、原生质体培养、DNA直接吸收、细胞融合、农杆菌介导的转化以及显微注射等方面的最新进展。
A number of breakthroughs have been made in cell culture and gene transfer of cereals in the last few years. Recent advances in somatic embryogenesis protoplast culture, direct DNA uptake, protoplast fusion, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, microinjection etc. were summarized and discussed in this paper.
