摘要
苹果早期落果期败育果实丙二醛含量高于正常果实。苹果果实后熟衰老时,膜透性和丙二醛含量呈上升趋势,过氧化物酶活性呈现二次峰值,抗坏血酸含量最终为下降趋势,上述指标因果实采收期不同而不同。本文分析了苹果果实衰老与膜脂过氧化作用的关系。
The malondialdehyde(MDA) content of sensecence apple fruit was higher than that of normal fruit in early drop stage.The membrane permeability and MDA content were tending to increase as fruit ripening and sensecence,the activity of peroxidase in fruit having two peaks,while the ascorbic acid content of fruit was tending to decrease towards the end.These indexes were different as the time of picking differed.The relationship between apple fruit senescence and membrane lipid peroxidation was analysed in this paper.
