摘要
本文分析了传统切屑控制研究方法的不足,提出了加以改变的必要性。首次利用新的物理模拟技术进行了刀具排屑方式与卷屑性能的研究,开发了利用前角变化造成切屑流动速差,从而实现大范围b向卷曲的螺旋前面刀具,并分析了模拟实验的适用范围。
This paper indicates shortcomings of traditional chip control study methods. A new physical analogue experiment is used to study chip flowing and curling. A helical rake face tool is exploited, the rake angle of which varies along the cutting edge to ensure large scope chip side curling. The suitable scope of analogue experiment is also analyzed.
