摘要
本文以螺卷屑为研究对象,对其折断过程进行了分析,理论推导出螺卷屑的折断判据。并通过单因素实验,正交组合实验验证了这个判据的可靠性。从理论上证明了对螺卷形折断的判据可适用于 C 形屑,不断长螺卷屑。
With spiral chip as the object of research,this paper gives an analysis of its breaking process and brings forth a criterion of the breaking on a theoretical basis.Through single factor and orthgonal combination experiments,the reliability of this criterion is verified. It is proven theoretically that the criterion for spiral chip breaking is also applicable in the case of C-shape chip and long spiral chip breaking.
