摘要
目的 对应用交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干粉碎骨折的临床经验进行总结。方法 施行鱼口交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干粉碎骨折138例 ,其中Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型 98例 ,开放 2 3例。结果 随访平均 18 4个月 ,优良率 97 8%。迟发感染 1例 ,断、弯髓内钉各 1例 ,断弯螺丝钉 6例 ,均骨性愈合。结论 除个别特殊情况外 。
Objective To summarize the clinic experience of comminuted femoral shaft fractures treated by interlocking intramedullary nails Methods One hundred thirty eight cases of comminuted femoral shaft fractures were treated by fish mouth shaped interlocking intramedullary nails Among them, 98 cases were type Ⅲ or type Ⅳ and 23 cases were open fractures Results The average range of follow up was 18 4 months The union rate was 100% and good result were obtained in 97 8% There were 1 case of delayed infection, 1 case of broken and bent nail individulary and 6 cases of broken and bent screw Conclusion Except some special condition, the interlocking intramedullary nails is the best choice of comminuted femoral shaft fractures
