摘要
目的 探讨一种新型交锁髓内钉 -凹槽交锁股骨髓内钉 (Biorigidnailfemur,简称BNF)治疗股骨多段骨折的方法。方法 自 2 0 0 2年 3月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月应用德国aap公司生产的BNF治疗骨折多段骨折 18例。结果 本组经过 3～ 18个月、平均 9个月的随访。骨折均愈合 ,膝、髋关节恢复良好。结论 BNF具有设计独特、内固定可靠、主钉全程均可交锁的特点 ,能满足自股骨转子下到股骨髁之间一处或多处骨折内固定需要。
Objective To discuss the way for treatment of multisegmental fracture of femur by a new interlocking nail (so renamed biorigid nail femur,BNF).Methods From March,2002 to October,2003,18 cases of multisegmental of femur fractures have been treated with concave-slot interlocking nails that was produced by the aap company of Germany. Results The 18 cases were followed-up from 3 months to 18 months, average 9 months.All cases were well fracture union and the function of hip and knee were well recovery.Conclusion The BNF has such goods as unique decision,reliable fixation and the lockings can be get in any part of the nail which can meet the fixation from subtrochanteric to femoral condyle.
