摘要
目的 :对云南省文山州产中药丹参代用植物苣叶丹参的脂溶性化学成分进行研究。方法 :硅胶柱色谱分离 ,光谱技术鉴定化学成分。结果 :从苣叶丹参根部脂溶性部分分离出 5个化合物 ,2α ,3α 二羟基乌苏 12 烯 2 8 酸 ;2α ,3α ,2 4 三羟基乌苏 12 烯 2 8 酸 ;乌苏酸 ;胡萝卜苷 ;β 谷甾醇。结论
Objective:To study the lipid chemical constituents of Salvia sochifolia growing in Yunnan province.Method:Chromatographic techniques were used to isolate the compounds and the structures wereidentified by spectral analysis.Result:Five compounds were isolated from the plant and identified as 2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid, 2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid, ursolic acid, daucosterol and β-sitosterol.Conclusion:These compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
