摘要
针对该校大型仪器设备管理和使用中存在的传统意识 ,采取相应的管理措施 ,营造科研氛围 ,调动广大教师科研积极性 ,提高大型仪器设备使用率 ,防止重复购置的实践与探索。
This paper introduced the practice and searching about breaking the traditional consciousness and constructing scientific research atmosphere by a rational equipment administration.
