摘要
资产管理是高校管理的一个重要组成部分,其管理水平和方式会直接影响高校的办学效益和办学质量。理顺产权关系,实现资产重组,优化资源配置,实现资产的保值增值,提高办学效益越来越受到高校的重视和普遍关注。本文就高校的资产管理工作存在的一些问题进行了分析研究,结合本人工作的经验,提出了四点措施。
The property manangement is an important part of university management, which directly influences the way of administration and quality of teaching. Putting its right in order, constituting the property, optimum seeking method and rsing in value are more and more paid attention to. This paper has proposed some questions about asset management, and put forward four measures to deal with them.
