摘要
医学实验教学长期以来是依附于学科的单一模式 ,实验室是三级管理体制 ,已不适应现代医学模式转变对医学教育的要求。介绍该校于 1997年成立东校区大型教学实验中心 ,通过改革体制、科学管理、深化改革、突出效益、服务育人等措施 ,经过 3年的管理与实践取得了明显成效。
Experimental teaching in medicine has long been rested on the single pattern of subjects. Laboratories belong to the junior administrative system, which is unfit for the requirement of medical education. A large experimental center was set up on the east campus of Hebei Medical University in 1997. During the past three years much progress has been made in both administration and practice.
