摘要
在介绍国内外开发丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)技术的基础上,评述了ACM的单体、辅助单体,第三单体选择及合成方法、硫化和应用等技术,提出了我国发展ACM技术路线的建议,认为先采用间歇乳聚法生产高温型和低温型ACM,尔后开发耐寒型,非冷流型及交替共聚ACM等,生产规模以1.0—1.5kt/a为宜。
The technical developments of acrylate rubber (ACM) synthesis ,as well as the selection of vulcanizing monomers , vulcanization , properties and applications of ACM were reviewed with 28 references . The proposal of developing ACM in China was suggested . At first , the high-and low-temperature resistance ACM by batch emulsion copolymerization ,with suitable technical scale about 1.0 - 1.5 kt/a should be developed ,and then pay attention to the developments of some new types of ACM , such as non-cold flow ACM , cold-resistance ACM and ACM alternating copolymers .
