环氧型丙烯酸酯弹性体的研究

摘要 重点考察了影响含环氧基团的丙烯酸酯共聚弹性体(GACR)微凝胶形成的因素,并用红外光谱(IR)、差热分析(DSC)等测试方法,对所制备的GACR进行了表征,结果表明:提高聚合及干燥温度,会使GACR的微凝胶升高;加入调节剂可降低微凝胶含量;微凝胶含量较低时,GACR硫化胶具有较好的综合性能. The effects of modifier, polymerization temperature and raw rubber dryng temperature on micro gel content of GACR were inwestigated. The GACR was characterized by IR and DSC. The results showed that ① micro gel content of GACR increased with increasing polymerization temperature and raw rubber drying temperature;② when the modifier was added to the latex, the micro gel content of GACR would be relatively low;③ the vulcanization property of GACR was excellent when the micro gel content of GACR was relatively low.
