摘要
研究PET卷绕丝(PET-IF)在玻璃化转变温度(Tg)至熔融温度(T_m)范围内所发生的自由或应力作用下的热收缩—伸长变化现象。实验结果表明:在PET-IF热伸长现象中有预冷结晶伸长、冷结晶后的亚流动伸长和熔体拉伸流动伸长。PET-IF的热收缩—伸长反映了PET-IF取向分子链的热弛豫、分子链重排结晶、分子链或晶片间滑移和部分熔融分子链流动的情况。
Under the temperature between glass transition temperature and meltingtemperature PET-IF have the change of thermal shrinkage-elongation freely orunder stress. The experimental results show that the thermal elongations ofPET-IF include precondensing crystalline elongation, sub flow elongation aftercondensing crystallization and melt drawing elongation. The thermal shrinkage-elongation of PET-IF reflects the thermal relaxation of the oriented moleculechain, molecular rearrangement and crystallization, the movement of moleculechain and the flow of some metling molecule chains.
