摘要
以多次热处理的形式,通过定长及自由热定型,找到了直接测试取向涤纶在结晶过程中产生自动伸长的方法。并得出:产生结晶伸长的纺速约为1800—3200m/min,能产生最大伸长的纺速为2500m/min左右。经X光、DSC及密度等方法,测定了在伸长前后的纤维结晶度、晶区和非晶区取向以及晶体尺寸的变化。据此提出了纤维在伸长过程中内部分子结构的变化机理。
This paper presents a method to measure the spontaneous extension of orientedPET fiber directly during crystallization by twiec annealings (constant length and free length). Samples before and after the treatment were collected and examinedby X-ray diffraction, DSC and birefringence. The crystallinity, crystal size andorientation of both crystalline aud amorphous regions between these samples areall changed greatly. It means that the extension is a consequence of crystallizationand reorientation of crystallization and reorientation of crystallized segments alongthe fiber direction. The result of the study is not only important to understand themechanism of supermolecular structure changes during crystallization, but alsouseful to the industrial technology of crystallization spinning.
