本文简要说明了变异一切断长度曲线的原理以及在分析长丝条干不匀中的应用，它可以指导生产人员消除影响条干不匀的因素，从而提高产品质量。
The principle of the variance-length curve and its application to filament mass briefly indicated．The curves are helpful to technicians to clear off disturbance sources that influence the evenness of mass, and to improve filament quality.
