摘要
目前国内铁路车轮轮箍(以下简称车轮)在运用中会出现各种各样的损伤现象,其中尤以车轮踏面制动剥离最为突出,通过对近几年剥离车轮的检验分析和研究,观察到踏面制动剥离这类热损伤情况占了绝大多数,本文在进行材料学和金相学分析的基础上,根据其宏观和微观表现特点,对该种剥离类型进行机理上的分析与探讨。
Various types of damage, especially the braking spalling of wheel tread, are observed in domestic wheels and tyres during service. The braking spalling in wheel tread was observed most frequendy based on the examination and investigation of the wheels in which spalling had occurred in recent years. Detailed analysis and discussion of the types of spalling are mechanistically presented in the current study based on dieir macro - and microcharacteristics from metallographic analyses.
