摘要
结合多年的研究与调查,分析了高速与重载铁路钢轨损伤与预防技术的差异。钢轨侧磨与压溃是重载曲线段钢轨的主要损伤类型,而高速铁路钢轨主要表现为疲劳损伤特征;根据磨损与疲劳的相互制约与竞争关系,提出了高速与重载铁路钢轨选材及车轮型面选择的不同要求;阐述了高速与重载铁路钢轨不同曲线轨头非对称打磨技术的原理及应用。
The difference of rail damage and preventive technique on high-speed and heavy-haul railway was investigated.The results indicate that the wear of gauge-rail and the plastic flow are dominant for heavy-haul curve rail,and the fatigue behavior is primary for high-speed rail.It is suggested that the rail material and wheel profile of high-speed and heavyhaul railway is different.The different rail curve asymmetrical grinding was introduced for high-speed and heavy-haul rail.
