摘要
近代可靠性工程学得到了很大的发展,为提高产品的可靠性奠定了理论基础。发达国家铁道部门对可靠性工程进行深入的研究和应用。本文介绍了铁道机车车辆可靠性工程的目的,国内外的发展现状,并提出了我国铁道机车车辆开展可靠性工程的必要性和建议。
The development of reliability engineering provides the theorical basis for improving the reliability of product. The reliability engineering has been studied and applied in depth in the developed countries in this paper, the objective of reliability engineering and its current situation in the world are discussed, moreover, the necessity and suggestion for developing reliability engineering of locomotive and car are proposed.
