摘要
运用食品安全性毒理学评价程序及保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法 ,对丹贝异黄酮提取物 (TIE)的食用安全性及抑制肿瘤作用进行了研究。结果表明 :丹贝异黄酮提取物无毒、无致突变作用 ,在食用上是安全的 ;丹贝异黄酮提取物高剂量对S 180肿瘤小鼠有明显的抑瘤作用 ,抑瘤率为30 9% 。
The edible safety and antitumor function of tempe isoflavones extract(TIE) were studied in this article. The methods we used were GB and the precedures for healthy foods. The results were as follows:①TIE had no toxicity and mutagenicity.②The high dose of TIE inhibited tumor growth with the inhibitiary rate in 30 9%.③TIE increased the thymus index and activities of macrophage in mice carried Sarcoma 180 significantly.
