摘要
在 4头门静脉、肝静脉和肠系膜静脉上安装血管导管的绵羊上研究了大豆黄酮 (Da ,2mg·kg-1,肠系膜静脉给药 ,每天两次 ,连续 5d)对肝脏氮代谢及有关激素水平的影响。结果表明 ,在Da的影响下 ,绵羊肝脏血液中尿素氮水平明显下降 ,肝静脉和门静脉中尿素氮的浓度处理期较对照期分别下降 13 93% (P <0 0 5 )和 13 6 2 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;门静脉血中GH的浓度较对照期提高了 39 31% (P <0 0 5 ) ,而在肝静脉血中GH的浓度也有所提高 ;肝静脉中IGF 1水平与对照期相比提高了 18 71% (P <0 0 1) ,且门静脉中IGF 1也维持在一个较高的水平上 ;而Da对绵羊肝脏血中胰岛素的水平则无显著性影响。提示Da可通过增强对绵羊肝脏氮的潴留 ,提高门静脉GH水平和肝脏IGF 1的合成与分泌 。
Four sheep installed chronic polycatheters in the portal vein,hepatic vein and mesenteric vein were used to study the effects of daidzein(Da,2 mg·kg -1 ,twice daily for 5 d) on hepatic metabolism of nitrogen and related endocrine secretion.The results showed that there distinctly was a decline of the urea nitrogen level of hepatic serum during Da treatment period,the urea nitrogen concentration of hepatic and portal vein were decreased by 13 93%(P<0 05) and 13 62%(P<0 05),respectively,compared with the control.The GH level of portal vein was increased by 39 31%(P<0 05)during Da treatment period,and that of hepatic vein was also elevated.The IGF?1 concentration of hepatic vein was increased by 18 71%(P<0 01)and that of portal vein was maintained a higher level with Da treated.Moreover,the difference of insulin level of hepatic serum between Da treatment period and the control was not significan.It suggested that Da would improve growth metabolism by increasing nitrogen deposition,elevating GH and IGF?1 level of liver in sheep.
