摘要
我省少数民族地区面临着畜牧业内部结构调整 ,牧区“人、草、畜”三配套建设和草场承包 ,以及退耕还林还草的机遇。少数民族地区畜牧业发展一要狠抓良种工程建设 ,大力开展优良畜禽品种选育和杂交改良 ;二要结合“人草畜”三配套和草场承包 ,加快畜禽商品基地建设 ;三要大抓种草养畜 ,加快草原建设 ,为畜牧业发展打下坚实基础 ;四要加强基层畜牧兽医技术推广体系的建设 ;五要大力推广科学技术 ,提高畜禽生产水平 ;六要搞活畜产品加工流通 。
The people of the minority nationality areas of Sichuan Province are facing the good opportulities which are the structure adjustment within the animal husbandry,construction of “People, Pasture and Livestock” and the grassland contract in the pastural area and planting trees and grass on slope lands. In the minority nationality areas,to develop the animal husbandry,we must pay attention to the following measures:fist,to select,improve and extend nice breeds of animal and poultry;Second ,to speed up construction of commercial livestock bases combining the construction of “People,Pasture and Livestock” and the pasture contract;Third,to lay a hard foundation for animal husbandry development through planting grass,raising animals and speeding up pasture construction;Forth,to strengthen the technical extension system of livestock and veterinary in grassroots;Fifth,to extend scientific technology and improve the production level of livestock;Sixth,developing procession and marketing of livestock products ,to speed up the industrial progress of the animal husbandry
