摘要
丹宁是一类能与蛋白质结合成不溶性复合物的植物聚酚类物质。它可以给饲料的利用带来很大的影响。丹宁又可分为水解丹宁和缩合丹宁。它们的化学特性和对饲料利用的影响不尽相同。本文根据文献资料，就丹它的化学生物合成分析方法和对饲料利用的影响，综述了国内外有关研究进展。
