摘要
通过实验分析了影响小直径薄壁钢管自动报警水浸法横波探伤灵敏度稳定性的几个因素 ,提出了控制衬套与管子间隙量等措施。
The factors affecting the stability of the sensitivity of automatic alarming ultrasonic immersion testing of small diameter thin wall steel pipes by transverse waves were analyzed by experiments. The measures to control the gap between bush and pipe wall were put forward.
