摘要
由多通道高能量聚焦超声探头、冲击脉冲激励电路和脉宽线性放大电路组成的喷淋水耦合多探头高能超声动态检测装置 ,不但能高速探测各种刚性管材内外表面及内部的折叠缺陷 ,还能同时精密检测管体各处的壁厚。检测过程中 ,能直观显示各探头的检测情况 ,对缺陷分区定位准确 ,能方便存储和检索缺陷数据。检测速度为 2 5m/min;检测精度为± 0 .1 mm。
The testing system consisting of a water spraying coupler, a high energy multi channel focussing probe, an impact pulse circuit and a linear pulse width AMP can be used not only to detect folds in pipes but also to measure the wall thicknesses of pipes. The system can offer direct display of the testing condition of a probe, the correct location of a fold and easy store and search of data. Its testing speed is 25m/min, the accuracy is ±0.1mm.
